No. Service pricing does not include the cost of products, supplies, groceries, gifts, materials, vendor fees, or other items requested by the client. These expenses are the responsibility of the client and are billed in advance or charged directly to the client’s approved payment method.
For any purchases made on behalf of a client, Within Reach requires either a valid payment method on file or a physical payment card provided by the client for authorized purchases. All purchases will require client approval, and receipts can be provided for transparency. Within Reach does not pre purchase products, supplies, groceries, gifts, materials, vendor fees, or other items for clients for reimbursement. It is expected that the client make purchases in advance or have a trusted payment option with Within Reach on file.
